Mike Erickson

I was born in Great Falls and grew up in Havre, where I graduated from Havre High School—home of the Blue Ponies. I moved to Billings in 2005, where I met my wife. We were married in 2009 and returned to Great Falls in 2013, where we are raising our two children.

Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent nearly 20 years in the telecommunications industry. My insurance experience actually began earlier, when I became licensed in life and health insurance in 2007. An opportunity took my career in a different direction for a number of years, and I’m excited to now return to the insurance industry and build an agency here in Great Falls.

Opening this agency is about more than starting a business. I wanted the opportunity to help families and businesses understand their risks, make informed insurance decisions, and plan for what they have worked hard to build. Just as important, I wanted to create something rooted in Montana—an agency that can provide local jobs, support the surrounding community, and become something lasting for my own family.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, working on older cars, and tinkering with Linux servers in my home lab.

I’m proud to call Great Falls home and look forward to serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Great Falls and the surrounding communities.
